Oysters at the Wright Brothers

So this weekend I (Sammii) went to the Wright Brothers at the Kingley Court in Carnaby Street. Me and my flatmate both had a craving for oysters and to take advantage of their happy hour between 3pm to 6pm of £1 per oyster we decided to go for a lil brunch!
It was surprisingly not very busy, I would have thought that it would have been very busy because of the happy hour, but it seems as though the happy hour isn't very well promoted and it wasn't written anywhere or postered up! Good for us, we were seated right to a table and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Not your typical skinny female model :P
Mini Tabasco sauce they had to compliment the oysters. They sure gave the oysters that spicy kick! You can't have oysters plain!
This is what my flatmate got, it was a mocktail, I forget what it was called but she let me try some and it was very refreshing!
As the main attraction was the oysters for us, we ordered a dozen oysters which usually would be priced at £32, but as it was happy hour, this only costed £12! Bargain!
I also opted for a side of fried brown rice, kale & courgette.
You can't really go wrong with oysters! All you need to do is wack them on some ice and leave the customer to the do seasoning!
The rice on the other hand was a little bit too hard, felt like the rice could have done with a bit more soaking in the water. I also had to season this as it was a little bland, it didn't have alot of the courgette or kale in there either!
All in all I enjoyed my little brunch. The oysters did not disappoint! And if you go in the happy hour, the oysters will be well worth your money! I would go back here to try out the rest of the menu. The atmosphere and the staff were nice as well.
